I am SENDCo from September.
This means a budget and team to manage. The tram are absolutely excellent, and they all seem delighted I've been appointed, so that's a positive start. There is also a pay rise, but that was not the motive for applying.
Its also the Summer Holidays. I had friends round for dinner on Saturday, another friend potentially staying next week, and a couple of trips planned to visit people. The rest of the time I just want to chill, so it's all good.
